Project American Life is a meaningful, unforgettable experience your middle school students. If you are interested in attending Project American Life, please contact us to schedule a visit or to schedule a time for the
Project American Life director to come and speak with your faculty and administration about the program.
Once you have scheduled your group's attendance, the Project American Life staff will work closely with you to ensure that getting your parents and students on board is as smooth and simple a process as possible. You will receive customizable information sheets that you can distribute to your students, sample flyers, etc.
Additionally, Project American Life staff are available to speak at your school's Open House, student orientation, and/or Project American Life informational meetings for parents.
Project American Life employs highly trained instructors who handle all teaching and programming experiences once schools arrive. Visiting chaperones (teachers, administrators, and/or parents) have minimal duties which include chaperoning the student cabins at night and, as such, are invited to participate in all of the excitement without any of the hassles. They may join a group for a select adventure, take an extended coffee break in the teachers' lounge, catch up on lessons plans, or simply enjoy a nature walk. Teachers and administrators return to their schools like triumphant generals, not exhausted foot soldiers.
